macs cannot view view messages??

hi

ive just brought a powerbook and i cannot view video messages from the orange site. i can view picture but not video and i have windows media.it only shows this message

No mapping found for this request /webnonsubscriber/viewmessage

help please. i do not believe a 2000 dollar computer cannot play video messaging

whats the orange sit? I favor apples personally, jk. but this is most likely a problem with your settings or the sites, is it online messaging of some kind?
