ok...i recently did a lot of backing up & restoring...& also did the 10.5.5 upgrade yesterday...
i was just looking through the dictionary for some word meanings when i noticed something strange (or maybe i was hallucinating before)

am i mistaken or were we not able to click on other words in the dictionary meanings/explanations & get their meanings :\

i recall having links to click on & directly go to meanings of other words used in the explanations...i tend to mix up things but im pretty certain ive used this feature & found it useful...

btw...if im not wrong...is there ay place where his can be turned on & off...maybe its off & i need to turn it on.

i know this sounds stange but ive been a little overloaded with work & things so im not clear in the head...i cant believe im not sure whether this was a feature that was actually there or not!

Right click on a word and choose "Look up in Dictionary".

ok...question for both...are there links for words that have meanings you can look up...or is it only right click & look up in dictionary...because i know the right click thing works.... i tried it...
but im pretty certain that there were blue links for word you can click on...

When I hover over the words in bold it turns into a blue, underlined link.

I'm on 10.5.5, but I have no idea how you can fix this one... Could you reinstall the dictionary app somehow? Copy it from someone else.

either way it doesn't seem like an option...otherwise i would have been able to turn it back on...
