you need to enable SMB on your mac Settings>Sharing>File Sharing (Options)and then type in "smb://ipaddress" in your browser. If it doesnt work, you might have to play around on your windows computer. Try to see though if it works =)

I'm enable the file sharing. Then try to access my window PC using safari. But it doesn't, says that 'smb' is not valid. What should I do?

Not your internet browser. In the Finder press Command-K.
Type in your smb:// address there.

You might have to add a drive letter if you don't have any shares, ie:
smb://10.0.1.10/c$
If you try to access the c$ drive you will be prompted for the admin username/password. If you have a blank password you cannot connect to the c$ share.
