Hi

Had the iPhone 3G for a couple of weeks and noticed two dead pixels. Yes, they're dead and not stuck. I'm based in the UK and got my phone from O2. Can anyone please tell me if I am entitled to a replacement? Argh, they're so annoying now that I know they're there.

Thanks.

probably best taking it straight to a apple store first or ringing their helpline. most of the operators in the uk are complete muppets and are rude. It depends if apple deem it a fault or they reckon you have just hit it hard ha-ha! Either way the is a 12 month warranty which hopefully covers this for you! good luck and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for that, I will call Apple first.

You're right about the O2 staff. The first time I tried getting the iPhone the person from O2 couldn't even work out how to upgrade my account.
