macbook 2.2 ghz , ipod classic 80 gig and ipod nano 4 gig
how do you get rid of the delay when recording using guitar??
when i play something there is always i tiny amount of time before it plays through the speaker..
is their ways of reducing that time...
any questions will be answered.

1.Go into Garageband PREFERENCES
2.Go to AUDIO/MIDI
3.Select MINIMUM DELAY WHEN PLAYING INSTRUMENTS LIVE

Kinda like a capture card.

It's kinda like a capture card i would guess, so like it can either record compressed (delay) or uncompressed (huge file size) which is a huge size like for video it's 400mb compared too 8mb, so with the music probally same thing, so changing delay should help like he said, but this is just my input.
