Airport not receiving full connection?

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
Only 3 of Airport's 4 bars are filled up in the menu icon -- does this mean I'm not getting a full Wi-Fi connection?

It means your signal is good but not excellent. In other words, not full strength.

it doesn't Influence your download and view the web. 3 of 4 bars in your macbook is ok.
and even if the number of the bars only 1 or 2 the speed of your network is also normal.
