Folks, this is an elderly post, but I cannot restrain myself from trumpeting my latest gadget (toy), given to me in my hour of need by a good friend.
Enter, stage left, right, and centre, one Tevo brand FM transmitter, made in Singapore for Samsung (not to be sneered at).

Its performance is amazing. I tested its range in stages, and it was transmitting iTunes to a distance of 50 metres without loss of .mp3 quality. Not only that, it transmitted through the ceiling of my study, which is also the floor of the upper storey of my house, to my stereo unit upstairs.
I could post some pics, but they wouldn't mean much to people who don't know my locality. Almost needless to say, people passing in their vehicles are in for a minor surprise if they happen to have my selected frequency (there are four) chosen on their FM radios.
Oh boy, can I cope with such fun?
