hi Guys,
I formatted my powermac g5 andinstalledthe Mac OS X Leopard hoping to use boot camp and tooperate windows xp but can't find the boot camp on my mac pls help the strange on my macbook it was successfull :Smirk:

I'm sorry to tell you but Bootcamp will only work on Intel processor based Macs

i am not a mac guy but i am loving it so there is anyway to make it work by downloading or something
ordo i have to format again and installpower mac g5 install disc again?

The hardware architecture for Intel based Macs is very different. There's no way of 'converting' a G5 to Intel.

Even products like VM ware Fusion and Parallels that allow running of XP without bootcamp required an Intel Mac

Maybe other forum members will be able to suggest another solution.
