What's a free application where I can EASILY cut a song so it's two seperate pieces? I want to make a YouTube video and have the song start at a certain point, not the beginning.

yes, provided its not a mp4 i believe, (thats how it is for me at least, pain in the butt.) drag the audio file to your desktop or whatever, and then drag it into garageband.
