iphone headset vs cheap bluetooth..?

im about to get the iphone real soon and i wanted your opinions on whether or not i should stick with the headset that comes with the iphone or get a mediocre price/quality bluetooth. oh, and ill be using this in the car.

suggestions?

I have a cheap $25 Jabra headset and it works perfectly with my iPhone. My cousin, who has the official headset, has had nothing but complaints
