Hello all, i am adding podcasts to my website and was wondering if i needed any equipment, besides microphones?

Also, i am new to garageband and have only messed around with it briefly, are there any books or tutorials to show me the ropes? I messed with it last night and figured out how to record but that was about it. I would like to know how to put titles, info, and all that other stuff for it. Thanks.

Thanks for the link that was informative.

If i'm doing an interview with someone over the phone, is there anything that i need to help the sound quality. Obviously you're going to be able to tell it's a phone interview but i thought maybe i could do something to make it sound better. Thanks.

I think (but dont quote me) you can do the phone interview over skype and use another app (cant remember the name) to allow you to record the conversation. That I imagine would be a better/cleaner recording that recording direct from a phone conversation.
