Do the operating systems for the Macbooks work on tower computers? I have a Macbook with OSX 10.5.2 and a G4 Silver that has the requirements that should allow it to run 10.5. When I try to run the install disc in the G4 it says that the operating system can not be installed on this computer. Are the op systems for the two types of computers different? Do I need to find a desktop specific version of OSX 10.5.2 to install on the tower? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

No you need a full retail install DVD for the tower, as they grey Macbook install disc will not work. Grey discs are model specific and will work ONLY with the model they are sold with.
