Spore Specs (will my mac work?)

I have a older Macbook Pro..

Mac OS X 10.4.11

someone told me no.. i have a 2.16 GHz Intel Core Duo
2 GB of ram... what all do i need to upgrade or would it work? cuz if you say yes i'm download/buying it right now. thanks.

i remember reading that you have to have an intel based mac as well as leopard. i'm about 80% sure on that.

You need Leopard 10.5.3 to run it, looks like you'll need to upgrade. Im stuck with the original macbook with the GMA 950 so I cant even play it, i'd have to install windows and play it through there.

will the x3100 integrated video card work with spore?
i was sooo tempted to pick this game up yesterday, but i'm pretty sure it probably wont work with my macbook (2.4 intel core2duo, 2gb ram, the x3100 vid card with 144mb shared memory).

i'd go get it now, if it'd play on this book. . .but i'd be kinda suprised if it will run.

2GB RAM - 667mhz DDR2
8600GT 256mb

Works a treat full graphics..... no slow down at all.

Does get v hot mind....

I'm not all that computer savvy but I know i can run the Spore demo so I'm wondering if I can run the full game.

you can always try to download it, mean "get a free version from the internet" and try it it works!
