Belkin Driver Issue

Hi,
I've been looking through google and such sites looking for a solution to my problem with no such luck.

Im running Mac OS X 10.4.11 and im trying to install a Belking USB Dongle, Model no. F5D7050
It doesnt want to work as i cannot find a driver for it anyway, and even if i had found a driver then i wouldnt know how to go about installing it.
Anyone with any solutions or pointers any light shed on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
