MobileMe not syncing with Outlook?

I tired to sync my Contacts and Calendar with my Vista PC running Outlook and it's not working to well. I set it up to sync one way, from MobileMe to Outlook replacing Calendar and Contacts. Anyone having similar problems? All my Calendar and Contact information matches up on my Mac and Mobile me, but not with Vista running Outlook 2007.
