Help! Can't eject a Sony DVD-R

Decided to finally start backing up my iTunes and after burning the disc it won't eject...warning msg below...anyome help please...

PowerMac G4 Cube 450mhz 832mb
try quitting all apps then ejecting, if not, restart holding down the mouse to force eject it. what os are you running? what kind of computer, etc?
