I have tried manually reseting and many other things is there anything I can do. Please please please help i am so desperate...

first don't use Ziphone. Put the phone into DFU mode and then restore.
DFU mode is different than recovery mode.

Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.

After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.

The iPhone screen should remain black.

This could take several tries to get the timing right. Good Luck
