Cannot add printer to my printer Q!!!

I have an IMAC G4 running 10.3.9 and recently tried to add an Epson CX9400 All-In-One printer. I can do everything; fax, scan, copy, but i cannot add the printer to my que to print from my computer. I have tried DiskWarrior and nothing has helped. If anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it.

That didn't work. When I try to add a printer to my list, the window closes and nothing is added.

I've just restored my two printers, a Brother and a Canon, to my eMac. Even though the printers were listed, I couldn't add them. The solution was the original installation disks that came with the printers. Perhaps you need to reinstall the original software.

Maybe the printer plist (preferences) is corrupted. Check User > Library > Printers to see of your Epson.app shows there. Then check Mac HD > Library > Printers to see if your CX9400 is listed.

However, why you should be able to do everything but print is puzzling.
