Creating a Cache

So I play Runescape on my Macbook, however recently it has stopped loading the game. It says I need to create a cache for the game to load its temporary files in. However, I have no idea how to do this, and what to do if this doesnt work.

You cannot do it, but use disk utility to run a permissions repair and see if that helps

IT may be that the app cannot create a cache because of a permissions issue
