Tidy Icons

When looking in Finder, looking inside a Folder using the Icon view.

Is there any way that will shorten the procedure of sorting the icons into an eye-pleasing fashion instead of them being scattered in what looks like a completely haphazard way?

It's about the only thing I miss that Windows does well.

Right click (ctrl+click) in an empty space > Clean up.

This snaps them all into a sqaure grid type form. You can then right click again and go to "Arrange By" to get them all neat and tidy.

When I think of it, there is just so much I don't know and frankly am unlikely to find out unless things like this crop up.
