Unix Executable on Dock

Hi there, I have an application that launches through a Unix ececutable (Oracle JDeveloper). But I can't change the icon, or drag it to the Dock? An alias does the same. Does anyone know how I can put this on my dock with a nice icon?

JDeveloper should be a normal application package with a coffee-cup icon. If it's showing up as a "unix executable" or anything else, you should probably try re-downloading and re-installing it.

No, the newest version (1034) don't have a mac version, so I am using the Multi-Platform version..
