I manage a site through WebDAV, can I make a page in iWeb? Is it only for MobileMe?

Okay, I manage a website through a WebDAV server. It is a simple text-only website in .htm files. I want to "jazz it up" a bit, can I rewrite the different pages in iWeb and upload them? Or is iWeb just for MobileMe?

As far as I know, you can publish them to a file then upload them.
