cracked case?

hi all,

after some advice had my mac since christmas, the cd burner keeps trying to eject with nothing in it? and wont burn cds properly 1 out of 3 burns

and the case by the bottom right ( where my hands go) has broken and its a lil slim bit of plastic cracking away, but yet ive not dropped it or anything!

what can i do?

Bring it back.... They fixed my cracking case on my old MacBook and it was out of warranty. Are you using quality CDs I had some from CompUSA that failed all the time. When i switched to Maxell they burn right every time.
