Syncing iCal Birthdays To Address Book Contacts

Ive recently found a way to sync all the birthdays of friends on facebook to my iCal, so now im wondering if its possible to then sync the birthdays of the people who i have in my Address Book from iCal...any ideas?

Is it a difficult process? (and congrats on finding out how).

no not 2 mins work....just go to this site (clicky) make sure ur signed into ur facebook account, click 'create', then click the 'this link' link beneath 'birthday calender' and it'll open up iCal and create a new subscription to facebook, easy as that...
