Lazarus and Leopard - looking for the idiotproof guide

I need help installing Lazarus on my Leopard Macbook, but I don't understand what I need to do... I download it from sourceforge and run the .mpkg but it isn't in my Applications folder...

Try your utilities folder maybe? It could have put in the library somewhere too.
