I am having a serious problem with Safari (my backup browser...a few sites I use regularly aren't upgraded for Firefox 3 capabilities). I opened the program and NOTHING happened. When I scrolled over the menu bar at the top, I got the spinning wheel of death. I tried deleting the application and re-installing using a fresh download, and nothing happened, except the same thing all over again. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I cannot get into iCal since upgrading to 10.5. I try to get in, and it tells me I cannot use this version of iCal with this version of OSX. I would have thought that any new version would have been automatically included?

And how do I do that? I tried downloading and reinstalling, and had no luck.

To reset Safari, open Safari and on the top Menu bar click on "Safari" and then on "Reset Safari"

The problem with that is, when I open Safari, I can't do anything. I go up to the menu bar, and am faced with the spinning wheel o' death. Clicking on anything isn't even an option.

If you're still under warranty, call Apple free of charge and see what they say.
If nothing works, meet Firefox.

sigh...

I do, Safari is merely the backup for the few sites that haven't yet met Firefox 3 compatibility.

And my Mini was out of warranty about 4 months ago.
