Adding items to Playlist while Front Row is playing

I have a MBP playing Front Row. I want to have a Jukebox type experience for parties. There doesn't seem to be a way to create a playlist on the fly, while Front Row is playing. Does anyone know how to accomplish this, or is there another app how there that can? I really like the Front Row interface. When we have party, guests want to be able to queue up songs to be played next, like you would do with a Jukebox.
