For me...biking (bmx, fixie, and downhill works really well for me), talking to someone, fps games sometimes, freerunning. And occasionally writing...but haven't done that in a while...it's kinda of sign that I'm really in deep...

oh yeah...and for the short term...whacking it (had to be said besides just hinted at)

someone else sad it but, helping others really does take your mind off your own problems and it gives you some good karma too! most think they dont have anyone to help? but if you look around you anywere there is always some one in need. its funny how stupid out "stresses" are and all of our problems we have. i have been to third world countries and seen how others live. their biggest problem is feeding their children the next mean and trying to figure out were it will come from?... we create most of our problems and dont even realize it, its pretty funny when you step back and look at it.. ok thats the end of my rant..

i bought a handgun a few months ago and have been going to the range when i am stressed.. it really is a fun sport to get into. although it does get expensive, i can go shoot a 100.00 worth of ammo in an hr and not even think about it...

i also lift weights and exersice, but i do this for a living so it dosent really relieve any stress for me... anychance i have to get my head out of the gym and do something else is good!

A good game of footie usually does it for me!
If there's no one around (or it's raining!) a session on the PS3 or a good book does the trick.

If you are going to go bald so be it! ~ Only worry about the big things in life, and life is one of the little things. All this worry and we could be run over by a bus next week.

I set up some good hookah to help me unwind. It relieves stress, tastes good, and playing with the smoke is fun :D

I play WoW, yes call me a nerd. Or, I go biking talk with friends, listen to music. It's helps a lot. They also say exercise reduces stress.
