can't find printer setup utility

Printer Setup Utility is missing from the Finder listing of applications. I searched for it with "Find" and it's not anywhere on the iMac apparently. How can I get it back?

Your Mac's Specs
2015 Retina 4K iMac. Monterey. 8GB RAM. Crucial 500GB external SSD
check the folder called utilities. thats where mine is at on Tiger.

You can boot from the osx dvd/cd and reinstall it.
