Unable to view JPGs or video received via email on iMac

Hello.

A friend has an identical iMac to me, both of us use Sky as our ISP. Both of us use Entourage for email

A mutual friend sent us the same email including a JPG picture which I was able to view straight away in Preview from within Entourage but my friend only sees a grey box with an X in a smaller box.

I have also sent some JPGs to my friend which will not display.

What have I missed? I think I have setup Entourage the same as mine.

My friend hadn't noticed the "Get entire message" selection. Click on that & the whole thing arrives - with attachments.
