sync my ipod with my imac

I have set up mobile me, but how can i manually get my ipod touch to sync with the "Cloud".

Is there not a sync now button?

Your Mac's Specs
Way... way too many specs to list.
it's under Settings > Fetch New Data. I have push turned on on mine and it syncs automatically (I also have it set to automatic in the mobile me settings panel on my mac)

but what if I want to do an immediate sync, i.e. In only in a wi fi spot for a minute.

and I want to sync, immeditally
