Moving emails from Entourage 2004 to 2008

Hi guys

Wondering if you can help...

I have just switched to a new MacBook and have my Entourage 2004 emails sitting in a 'Office 2004 Identities' which is fine. However, on my new MacBook I have Entourage 2008 - any idea how I can seamlessly transfer all the emails over?!

Please help!
