Macbook Pro Webcam Problems!!! Please Help!!!

Need Help!! Hi, I have a brandnew Macbook Pro, and so far have had no troubles with it. The only trouble I have is with the Webcam. The webcam works perfectly with other Macbook users, and an external webcam. But when I try to video chat with some of my friends that have Webcams built into their Windows laptops, they cannot see my. I have tried it with two friends, and both of them have HPs. Whenever I video chat with them, I can see and hear them perfectly, but they cannot see me, but they can hear me. They say that they just see a black screen, which is where my face should be. I tried searching other forums and sites, but found nothing. If anyone could help me figure out why they cannot see me, but I can see them, it would be much appreciated. What program are you using for video chat? Some work better than others.

I am using iChat. The one that comes standard with Macbooks. Should I try using AIM instead?

I'd try AIM, I've tried AIMs video chat and it works, but skype was better cross-platform. I haven't tried iChat with AIM though.

i tried skype, but i dont know how to work its video chat...
