You don't need a separate program if you use Safari or Firefox. Safari: Click on the "Safari" menu item with Safari open, select "reset Safari" and choose which options you want. Or, you can opt for "Private Browsing".

You can use Onyx to run task such as that. But like what was stated, you don't need it to run those tasks.

*There is no registry btw.

Way... way too many specs to list.
in addition things like log rotation, basic cleaning, etc are handled by the daily, weekly and monthly cron jobs automatically. There is no real value in regularly 'repairing permissions', clearing font cache etc. The benefits of those are only seen if there is an actual problem.

Haven't used either. I suggest MainMenu.

Onyx always gets high marks, but I use MainMenu as well.

I have just downloaded Main Menu and installed it into Applications, but when I double click on it nothing happens. How do I get it to run?

Look to see if it is running in the top right hand corner. Next to where the time is displayed.

I have Onyx but I don't use it much as the mac tends to look after itself.
