Skinning the menubar in leopard?

Hey.

Since I really hate the leopard menubar (transparent / grey is so ugly) I wanted to know if I can skin it like the OSX Tiger's white menubar.

I know I can turn off the translucency but I want the old WHITE Mac OS 10.4 menubar with the round edges and the nice blue apple.

I just hate that grey ugly leopard bar =[
