webcam with windows users?

is there anything i can do for OSx to make windows users able to see my webcam over msn/something that i can talk to my msn contacts with?

some sort of third party program?

I think aMSN supports webcams. I haven't used it myself though.

i use amsn and it works fine with the webcam its a good programme i recomend that
