What program is this?

Can anyone tell me what program this is? I found it on a screenshot, and I'm not sure.
It's the one in the far left on the dock. Also, the soap-buble one next to Transmission and Textedit is unknown also.

the one on the far left hand side is just someone who has changed their finder icon. you cannot move the finder app from there. (without a third party app, but i think that's unlikely). as for the bubbly one, i don't know, sorry.

I would believe that the "evil bubbly" thing is either an iChat or an Adium menubar icon...

As for the wallpaper, (I have the same one ) it is called "Dark Clouds Await" and is found on interface lift...
