Not sure, but i know someone made an iPod program for PDA's that emulats an iPod.. Apple wasn't very happy about that..

Im not real sure on that flash ipod, Ive herard too many rumors, plus remember what steve jobs said about that type of product. too low end bottom of the barrel product for apple, it wouldnt be an ipod anymore, just a flash drive that looks like an ipod.

i agree besides it will be a few years any way until flash drives get up to 40 gb + while being affordable. By then hard drives will be so much better than now, also just a few years ago nobody dreamed about a TB [terra bite] and we have hard drives up to 2 TB now. i think by the time a 40gb flash drive that is cheep is avlable there will be TB 1.8" hard drives.

yes but this was some one with the devlopers version of tiger and with that you are not alowed to say anything more than apple has already and that is what they [3 of them] did.

The 3 developers that were sued weren't just posting information on tiger, they were uploading copies of it using supanova.org and bittorrent.

Now doing THAT is always going to get you sued...

actually no, leopard will not be released this summer, only a preview of leopard will be given, maybe next year. ;)

I do not work for apple, they announced recently that a preview will be given of leopard ay WWDC. ;)
