Starting a blog

Hey all!

I'm interested in starting my own blog and I'm not sure how to do so.

Do I need to use an application or website or something?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You could do a blog in Rapidweaver. Add a blog page and just update as you go.

Check out www.blogger.com otherwise google blog and see what comes up.

Yeah I googled it and so much came up it was overwhelming. I was wondering what my favorite forum community thought for blogging

I use Blogger and it's great. I'm also updating my personal site and I debated about using blogger or rapidweaver blog for my blog, in the end I stuck with blogger.

I hear live journal is good too

You could also try WordPress. http://wordpress.com/. That is hosted by Worpdress. Otherwise you could download the WordPress software (http://www.wordpress.org), and install it on your own server, which could give you more felxibility as far as design and hacking goes.

Since you are just starting out I would suggest Blogger also.

I wound up getting blogger and doing my first post. I'm kind of embaressed haha but it's in my signature for anyone interested
