Hey folks,

Dumb question here im sure but... ive a Mac that is not wireless enabled, as in does not have a wireless card installed!

Im getting an Airport Extreme, will that do alone to get my machine wireless? or will i also need to install a wireless card into my machine.... im confused...

You need a wireless card in your machine as well as the extreme.

Either an Airport card, an Airport Extreme Card or a PCI card to pick up the base station.
