Random restarting

Hi Guys, imac 35 days old keeps restarting randomly. Preferences are ste to not restart after power failure. Even restarted while restoring software. Apple support told me to reset the pram, no change.

How hot is it where you are

If heat is not the problem then consider phoning apple again

MacMini 14.3, 8.1 & 4.1, OS 13.5, 10.14, & 10.11 & 10.6; Macbook Pro 8.2, OS 10.12.
And if you're using a UPS, or power surge protector, check that either is 100% okay. You may be experiencing power flutter (not failure).

Thanks guys, I'll try that as soon as I get it back from Best Buy. I'll don't think they'll do me much good.
