Hi... I seem to have a problem with watching videos on my iPod. In the past, I didn't have any problems at all. It seemed to start after I switched from a Windows machine to a Macbook. I'm sure there's some settings that I got wrong or something...
Anyway, the problem is that whenever I select a video (e.g. Music Videos), the sound plays fine without any problem. However, I just get a "thumbnail" (is that what it's called? Basically it just shows a picture of the first scene of the video) and the video plays as though it is just a song. How do I get the video to work like a video?
Thanks in advance.
