ipod to PC problem

I bought a new Windows Vista PC today and I installed iTunes and attempted to connect my iPod. I also loked at software to transfer my iPod music and playist to my computer, but some of the software only recognizes pc formatted ipods. Is there any software out there that I can use to transfer my mac formatted iPod to my PC?

Try a google search for an app called poddox....only downside is you have to uninstall iTunes from your PC to use it correctly, once you have backed up the files n stuff from the iPod to computer, reinstall iTunes and have a blast.
