hi there.

we've got a macbook pro, previously set up wirelessly through airport extreme. i bought the linksys n router to extend range, and want to connect it to the airport extreme.

is this possible? and how can we do this?

thanks in advance for your brilliance+

Can't be sure without the exact model number of your router.

But Linksys N routers won't normally act as wireless 'bridges'. Linksys have their own specific product to function as a bridge and don't seem to give this feature to it's routers.

Just an idea . . . but if it's a brand new router you could return it and get an Airport Express. They are designed specifically to extend Airport Extreme N networks.
