iWeb issue since upgrade

Since changing from a 24" iMAC to a MACPRO and using the migration tool, my iWEB information hasn't transferred, I've tried coping and pasting from one to the other but it doesn't work, I also tried using mobileme sync but it won't add the new mac to allow sync, any idea's?
