Got an old g4 imac with max speed 400 firewire. How many pins is that likely to be? 4 or 6? Need to know as i need a firewire cable to hook my old mac to my new one for migration. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Yes it will have 6 pins. I think only notebooks and digital cameras etc have 4 pins.
