I'm new, so sorry if I break an conventions, but I have a problem with my MacBook. The keyboard keeps freezing up. The last time this happened it was fixed by simply downloading an update, however, I now can't get updates to install. They download then my computer takes over 12 hours to get through about 10% of the reboot screen, so I give up and reboot without installing the update.
What am I doing wrong??
