well i just gotta new macbook and i plugged in my itouch and updated it but now my itune will not recognize it even tho it shows that the itouch is charging
itunes will not see my itouch

Unplug it. Shut down iTunes. Restart iTune and plug it back in. If that doesn't work reboot the Touch.
