Caps Lock - Reversed .....HELP

All of a sudden my Caps Lock has gone nuts.

When its on - everything is typed in small letters.

When its off - EVERYTHING IS IN CAPS.

Can anyone help me revert it back to normal?

Macbook, 2.2 GHz, 4GB RAM
There is a key combo that causes this (and will also undo it), but I've forgotten it. You can re-boot if you need to and it will change back to normal...
