Quieting down a B&W

my B&W has been kinda loud, the main problem was the hard drives but the powersupply and the big case fan are a little loud, its not too bad and i could definately deal with it, but i just wanted to know if anyone knew of anything you can do to quiet down either the PSU or case fan

well, you could try to move it further away from your desk.
or.. You could replace the fans with newer, quiter ones.
